What we collect

• Email sign-ups. If you ask for the Calm Focus Toolkit, we collect your email address (and first name, if asked) through our email provider, Kit. We use it to send the toolkit and occasional helpful emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Enquiries. If you email us, we keep your message so that we can reply.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in total, how many people visit, which pages they read and how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not follow you across other websites. It records anonymous details such as the page visited, the website you came from, your country, your browser and your device type. We use this information because we have a legitimate interest in understanding which guidance is useful and in keeping the site fast.

Who processes your data

Kit processes email sign-ups. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the analytics. Both may process data outside the UK.

Children's information

This site is for adults. Please do not send us a child's full name, school or other identifying details.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@chalkandcompass.co.uk.
